What is a Webster-pak?
A Webster-pak is a sealed blister pack that organises your medicines by day and time. It makes it easy to see exactly what to take and when, and helps reduce missed doses or double-dosing.
How much does Webster-pak packing cost?
There is no packing fee for Webster-paks at Milawa Pharmacy. We believe medication management should be accessible, so the packing service is completely free.
Do you deliver Webster-paks for free?
Yes. Webster-pak deliveries are free across our local area including Milawa, Wangaratta, Myrtleford, Bright, Wodonga, Albury, Beechworth, King Valley, Oxley, Everton and Tarrawingee.
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Orders confirmed by 12:00 pm can usually be delivered the same day in our local coverage area. Deliveries outside the local zone are sent by tracked Australia Post.
How long does it take to set up my first Webster-pak?
Most first packs are ready within one to two business days once we have your current prescriptions. If your scripts are at another pharmacy, we can transfer them for you — just give us permission when the pharmacist calls.
How are my Webster-paks packaged for delivery?
Each pack is sealed, labelled with your name, medicines and dose times, then placed in discreet plain packaging with no visible medicine branding. Refrigerated items travel separately in insulated cold-chain packaging.
Which medicines can and cannot go in a Webster-pak?
Most regular oral tablets and capsules can be packed. Liquids, inhalers, creams, injectables, cytotoxic medicines and some moisture-sensitive tablets are supplied separately alongside your pack, with clear instructions.
What happens if nobody is home when my pack is delivered?
Our local driver will leave the pack in a safe, agreed spot or return it to the pharmacy if the medicines require secure handling. You can nominate a preferred delivery day, time window or safe place when you sign up.
Can I get a Webster-pak for someone I care for?
Yes. With the patient's consent and a valid prescription, we can pack a Webster-pak for a family member, carer or supported person. The pharmacist will still review the medicines directly with the patient or their legal representative.
What if my prescription changes mid-cycle?
Let us know as soon as your doctor changes a medicine. We will update the next pack to reflect the new dose or medication, and safely dispose of any discontinued medicines.
