From clinic script to your fridge

IVF cycles are time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive. We handle the logistics so you can focus on your treatment.

We receive your script

Your fertility clinic sends the prescription directly to us, or you upload it through our prescription request page. We confirm the medication, dose and quantity before ordering.

Cold-chain sourcing

Many IVF medicines are refrigerated. We order them through approved cold-chain suppliers and keep them at the correct temperature right up to the moment you collect or we deliver.

Supplies & guidance

We provide alcohol swabs, sharps containers and disposal guidance. Our pharmacist can also walk you through pen-device use and storage in a private consult.

Delivered or ready for pickup

Collect from Milawa or choose same-day local delivery across Milawa, Wangaratta, Myrtleford, Bright, Wodonga and Albury. Interstate orders ship cold-packed and tracked.

Storage & handling

Protecting your cold-chain medicines

Fertility medications are sensitive to heat and light. Our pharmacy fridge, cold-chain deliveries and packing process are designed to keep your medicines within the safe temperature range.

Refrigerated items travel in insulated bags with validated gel packs.
We text before local delivery so medicines are not left in the sun.
Prescription medicines require a signature from someone 18 or over.
Unwanted or expired fertility sharps can be returned for safe disposal.

Not a medical emergency service

We cannot change your protocol, prescribe medicines, or give advice that replaces your fertility specialist. For urgent clinical concerns out of hours, contact your clinic's on-call nurse or call Nurse On Call on 1300 60 60 24.

If you are experiencing severe pain, heavy bleeding, or signs of ovarian hyperstimulation, seek emergency care immediately.

What to expect to pay

Fertility medicines are mostly private prescriptions in Australia. We are transparent about product and dispensing costs and can quote before we order.

PBS coverage

Most fertility medicines are not listed on the PBS. Patients usually pay the private cost, which varies by product, dose and brand.

Typical monthly cost

Stimulation cycles can range from a few hundred to over a thousand dollars depending on the protocol. We can quote your exact medicines before we order.

Dispensing fee

We charge a standard pharmacy dispensing fee. There are no hidden admin fees for repeat scripts sent by your clinic.

Delivery fees

Webster-pak deliveries are free locally. Standard pharmacy orders (including IVF meds) are $10 for same-day local delivery. Shipping rates apply outside the local zone.

Which IVF medicines can you dispense?

We commonly dispense Gonal-F, Menopur, Orgalutran, Cetrotide, Ovidrel, Pregnyl, Crinone, Progynova and Utrogestan. If your clinic has prescribed something else, send us the script — we can order most specialist fertility medicines quickly.

Do I need a prescription for IVF medication?

Yes. Fertility medicines are prescription-only (Schedule 4) in Australia. We can only dispense against a valid script from your fertility specialist or clinic.

How should I store IVF injections at home?

Most stimulation pens and trigger injections must be kept in the fridge at 2–8°C until first use. Some items like Crinone or Progynova can be stored at room temperature. We'll label your bag with the exact storage instructions for each product.

Can you deliver IVF medication the same day?

Yes for Milawa, Wangaratta, Myrtleford, Bright, Wodonga and Albury when you order by the cut-off time. We use cold-chain packaging for refrigerated items. Interstate orders are shipped by tracked Australia Post with gel packs.

Are IVF medicines covered by the PBS?

Most fertility medicines are not listed on the PBS, so patients pay the full private cost. A few supportive medicines may be PBS-eligible depending on your circumstances. We can give you a quote before ordering.

Can you help with injection technique or supplies?

We can provide sharps containers, alcohol swabs and needle-safe disposal guidance. We can also show you how to use the pen devices safely. For detailed injection teaching, your fertility nurse remains your best first contact.
