Our policies
We follow Pharmacy Board of Australia and Poisons Standard requirements for how medicines are packed, transported and returned. Here's exactly what that means for your order.
Unopened vitamins, skincare, baby products and general merchandise can be returned within 30 days with your receipt for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.
By law, dispensed prescription medicines, Pharmacist Only (S3) and Pharmacy Medicines (S2) cannot be returned to stock or resold once they have left the pharmacy.
Every parcel is packed and checked by a pharmacy team member before dispatch. If something arrives damaged or short, we'll make it right.
Refrigerated medicines are packed with validated gel packs and only shipped when they can reach you within the cold-chain window.
Orders can be changed or cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Once a parcel is scanned by the courier we can no longer recall it.
Every parcel leaves in plain, unbranded packaging with no medicine names visible on the outside — only the return address identifies the pharmacy.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the timeframes above.
Common questions
Answers to what people ask us most about dispatch times, couriers and getting medicines returned or replaced.
Australia Post handles all shipped orders — Parcel Post for standard and Express Post for next-business-day. Local zone deliveries are driven by our own pharmacy team, not a courier.
You'll receive an SMS with an Australia Post tracking number the moment your parcel is scanned. Tracking updates usually appear within a few hours of dispatch.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. After that they go out the next business morning.
No. There are no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays or Victorian public holidays. Orders placed then are processed the next business day.
Yes for prescription medicines — Schedule 4 items require a signature from someone 18 or over. Non-prescription orders can be left in a safe place if you've given us written authority.
Australia Post leaves a card and holds the parcel at your nearest post office for 10 business days. For local deliveries we text 30 minutes ahead and re-attempt the next run at no charge.
Workplaces are fine if someone can sign. PO Boxes and parcel lockers cannot be used for prescription medicines or refrigerated items.
Yes, as long as they are 18 or over and you've told us in advance. We record who is authorised on your patient file.
Yes. Once your prescription is on file and approved, we can dispatch repeats automatically or on request.
Yes. Insulin, vaccines and other cold-chain items are packed with gel packs and delivered same-day within our local zone, or shipped early in the week elsewhere.
You can return any unwanted or expired medicine to the pharmacy free of charge for safe disposal through the Return Unwanted Medicines program, but dispensed medicines cannot be refunded or resold.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
